Duties

• Advocate for clients in courtrooms, mediations, and pretrial proceedings.
• Contribute to the firm's reputation for client-centered advocacy.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 personal injury jury trials as first or second chair.
• Membership with the State Bar of Georgia.
• Strong motion practice, trial preparation, and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop legal teams.
• Excellence in legal writing; a writing sample is required.
• Experience managing all phases of personal injury litigation.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership with the State Bar of Georgia.
