Temporary Law Clerk

The Law Clerk performs legal research, prepares motions and matters on calendar to expedite court calendars, and performs related duties as assigned. Graduation from an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited school of law and eligibility to take the California State Bar Examination is required. Excellent written and oral communication skills are desired. Proficiency using personal computers is an asset. Strong research capability is preferred.

Submit resume, law school diploma or a letter from law school's Registrar's Office stating that a Juris Doctor degree has been conferred, current law school transcript (unofficial transcripts accepted), 2 writing samples (i.e. drafted pleading, legal publication, etc.), and list of 3 professional references.
