The successful candidate will be working alongside seasoned litigators on high-profile cases involving major financial institutions, corporations, and investment entities.

Duties

• Represent clients in securities litigation, including shareholder class actions, derivative suits, and regulatory enforcement matters

• Draft legal documents such as motions, pleadings, discovery requests, and briefs

• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on securities laws and related regulations

• Manage and coordinate all phases of discovery, including depositions and document review

• Engage in strategic case development and trial preparation

• Collaborate with litigation teams and firm leadership on case strategy and client communications

• Participate in meetings with clients, expert witnesses, and regulators

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience focusing on securities litigation

• Strong litigation background with familiarity in federal and state court practices

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex case files and work independently within a team structure

• Excellent writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active membership in the New York State Bar, or eligibility for admission
