Duties

• Collaborate with trial teams to frame and preserve issues for appeal.
• Prepare petitions for certiorari and craft merits and amicus briefs.
• Handle complex litigation and dispositive motions in lower courts.
• Engage in high-profile pro bono matters and cutting-edge legal issues.

Requirements

• Completion of an appellate clerkship.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Experience in appellate litigation at a firm or in government service is preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar.
