This role offers the opportunity to work with high-profile clients in music, film, TV, sports, and entertainment, handling senior, junior, mezzanine, and structured debt and equity financings.

Duties

• Represent agents, lenders, borrowers, and issuers in debt financing transactions.
• Draft and negotiate secured lending agreements.
• Engage in private credit and structured financing transactions.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to achieve successful outcomes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of debt finance experience at a law firm.
• Experience with music, film, TV, or media financing structures preferred.
• Strong drafting and negotiating skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing demands.

Education

• JD degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice in the state of employment.

Skills

• Knowledge of debt finance, entertainment, and copyright law.
• Strong analytical and writing skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
