Duties

• Draft and prosecute patent applications directed to advanced computing technologies.
• Engage with inventors and in-house counsel to analyze complex technologies.
• Develop strategic intellectual property portfolios under partner-level mentorship.
• Manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice in the applicable jurisdiction.
• At least 3 years of experience in patent prosecution, preferably involving AI and ML.
• Strong technical experience in areas such as medical devices, semiconductors, or related technologies.

Education

• Degree in Computer Engineering required.

Certifications

• Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
