A law firm seeks a highly qualified Associate to join their Corporate Investment Funds team in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in liquidity transactions, secondaries markets, and related fund operational matters.

Duties

• Advise fund sponsors on liquidity transactions, including continuation funds and recapitalizations.
• Handle traditional LP portfolio sales and fund-level preferred equity investments.
• Provide counsel on GP-level preferred equity investments and investments in firm sponsors.
• Collaborate with global teams to navigate complex regulatory environments.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in liquidity transactions and secondaries markets.
• Strong understanding of fund operational matters.
• Ability to work effectively in a global team environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction of practice.
