Duties

• Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and discrimination charges.
• Advise and train employers on employment and labor law issues.
• Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, and in arbitration.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• 3+ years of experience, with a strong preference for an employment law background.
• Current PA bar admission or ability to obtain admission.
• Understanding of state and federal agency procedures.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
