Duties

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts, including equity and asset purchase agreements.
• Conduct research on legal issues related to business transactions and provide analysis.
• Assist in due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions.
• Manage a high volume of clients and workload responsibilities.
• Advise clients on contract terms and legal implications of business operations.
• Develop strategies to manage risk exposure and prevent legal issues.

Requirements

• 3-8 years of verifiable corporate experience.
• Licensed to practice law in Florida and a member of the bar in good standing.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of state and federal court procedures and filing requirements.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially.
• High degree of initiative, judgment, and discretion.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
