Duties

• Collaborate with clients, adjusters, and other stakeholders to develop case strategies.
• Provide legal counsel on claims handling and liability exposure.
• Manage a high-volume caseload efficiently and effectively.
• Supervise or mentor junior attorneys as needed.

Requirements

• 12 years of litigation experience in insurance defense, specifically general liability.
• Admitted to practice in New York State and in good standing.
• Significant courtroom and trial experience.
• Strong knowledge of New York civil procedure and insurance law.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active and valid license to practice law in the state of New York.
