Under immediate/general supervision of the Payroll Supervisor, the candidate will be responsible for preparing, entering, verifying, and balancing U.S. payrolls, processing manual off-cycle payments for terminations, statutory requirements, and business needs, preparing journal entries and month-end close as it relates to payroll and providing payroll reports as required. Support the auditing of international payrolls on a monthly basis. Perform all job duties with a commitment to providing superior service to clients, producing quality work products, and maintaining an atmosphere of teamwork and continuous improvement. Above all, fulfill the needs of the Firm in a manner that is consistent with the Firm’s vision and values. Must have a High school diploma or equivalent. An Associate’s degree, or higher, is preferred. Must have 3+ years of experience processing multi-state payroll. Must have experience with Cognos report writing. Knowledge of UKG Payroll & Dimensions Time Keeping is a plus. Should have a solid understanding of accounting fundamentals. And be proficient in MS Office.
