The ideal candidate will have extensive litigation experience, particularly in defending product liability, personal injury, and professional malpractice cases in New York State and federal courts.

Job Duties:

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs related to torts and product liability cases.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and arbitrations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and tactics.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel as needed.
• Manage a caseload independently while meeting deadlines and client expectations.
• Stay updated on developments in tort law, product liability, and related areas of law.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience, preferably on torts and product liability.
• Licensed to practice law in New York State.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cases and work directly with clients.
• Experience in New York State and federal courts is preferred.

Education and Certifications:
