Duties:

• Provide legal and tax support in estate planning and administration
• Research federal and New York State tax matters related to estates
• Prepare court documents for estate administration cases
• Assist in estate litigation support

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience in Trusts & Estates Administration or a strong interest in the practice area
• Strong writing, research, and communication skills
• Ability to analyze complex legal matters and present solutions clearly
• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
• Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work independently when needed

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York State Bar

Skills:

• Legal research and writing proficiency
• Knowledge of estate planning and administration processes
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly
