Duties:
Monitor and manage the firm's case management system for incoming immigration cases
Review intake documentation and client information to identify possible immigration relief
Analyze legal matters and propose appropriate services or strategies for potential clients
Provide consultations and legal guidance to potential and existing clients
Support sales and client relations teams by answering legal questions and clarifying immigration procedures
Supervise intake paralegals and virtual assistants to ensure accurate data collection and client onboarding
Collaborate with attorneys and legal assistants on the immigration team to streamline intake processes
Communicate effectively with internal staff to maintain high standards of service and client care
Requirements:
Minimum of 2–5 years of experience practicing immigration law
Strong understanding of immigration case types, including family-based petitions, humanitarian claims, detained cases, EOIR matters, and naturalization
Proven ability to manage a dynamic caseload and assist clients in fast-paced environments
Experience working with intake processes or in client evaluation roles
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school
Certifications:
Active license to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction (Arizona preferred)
Skills:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred, not required)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Analytical thinker with problem-solving abilities
Team-oriented with leadership capabilities
Familiarity with immigration case management software (preferred)
