Duties

• Handle commercial litigation matters from pleadings through trial and appeal.
• Draft motions, discovery responses, and other complex legal documents.
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Collaborate with partners and clients on case strategy and risk assessment.
• Manage client relationships and provide clear, timely communication throughout the litigation process.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 1-10 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Strong academic background and proven writing ability.
• Demonstrated experience with motion practice, discovery, and courtroom appearances.
