Duties

• Prepare clients for depositions and hearings.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Prepare and respond to various motions.
• Attend court appearances and mediations.
• Negotiate settlements in personal injury cases.
• Support investigations on assigned litigation matters.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Personal Injury Law.
• Strong background in Personal Injury Litigation, including pre-litigation and discovery.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Experience in Workers Compensation is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree.
• Current good standing with the California State Bar.

Certifications

• California State Bar membership.

Skills

• Proficiency in written discovery.
• Experience in conducting depositions.
