Duties:

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
• Draft and review motions, responses, and other legal documents.
• Assist in preparing cases for trial by organizing case files and documents.
• Provide general litigation support and handle ongoing legal tasks for active cases.
• Collaborate with the litigation team to ensure efficient handling of cases.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state of Texas.
• Ability to travel as needed, up to 20%.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.

Skills:
