Duties:

• Focus primarily on traditional labor matters, including union organizing campaigns.
• Provide training and counseling to clients regarding traditional labor issues.
• Assist in grievance arbitrations and unfair labor practice charges.
• Represent clients in National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) trials.
• Draft policies related to traditional labor issues.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree.
• Must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in California.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in traditional labor law.
• Excellent analytical and writing skills.
• Strong public speaking skills.
• Outstanding academic credentials preferred (Top 25% of class).

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Must possess and maintain a valid license to practice law in the state of California.

Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in traditional labor law.
• Excellent analytical and writing skills.
• Strong public speaking skills.
• Ability to effectively counsel clients on traditional labor issues.
• Experience representing clients in NLRB trials.
• Knowledge of grievance arbitration procedures.
