This opportunity is ideal for a legal professional skilled in high-net-worth estate planning and administration who is ready to work on sophisticated matters with a collaborative and experienced legal team.

Location:

• Parsippany, New Jersey

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel in trust and estate planning for high-net-worth individuals and families

• Manage estate administration and probate matters

• Advise on federal and state tax implications related to trusts and estates

• Assist with charitable giving strategies and succession planning

• Develop and implement tax-efficient wealth transfer plans

• Coordinate with attorneys across various legal practices for comprehensive client service

• Draft and review estate planning documents and related filings

Requirements:

• 4 to 6 years of experience in trusts and estates law

• Demonstrated ability to handle complex planning and administration matters

• Strong client service and project management skills

• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented legal environment

• Admission to the New Jersey Bar in good standing

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active New Jersey Bar license required

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of estate, gift, and charitable planning

• Proficiency in federal and state tax laws applicable to estates and trusts

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong analytical and drafting abilities

• Comfortable working with high-net-worth clients and fiduciaries

• Knowledge of estate planning for retirement assets is a plus
