We seek a highly organized associate attorney to be a key contributor to our successful Akron, NY firm. This position will support two senior partners with varied client services such as personal injury litigation, DWI/criminal defense, family/matrimonial law, commercial litigation and evictions. Duties include counseling clients; drafting pleadings, motions and legal documents; legal research and writing; and court appearances in Erie, Niagara, Genesee, Wyoming, Orleans, Monroe, Cattaraugus and Chautauqua counties. The ideal candidate has one to three years general practice experience, an entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to provide legal services to a diverse client base throughout Western New York. Recent graduates admitted to the NY bar with relevant law clerk experience are also encouraged to apply.
