• Edit and redline agreements

• Perform other tasks related to case management

Requirements:

• 3+ years of California civil litigation experience
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to interact professionally with all levels of team members and management
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing abilities

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the California State Bar
