Duties

• Advise domestic and international companies on expansion and relocation in the US.
• Assist in the development of corporate headquarters and large office projects.
• Identify and negotiate discretionary economic development incentives.
• Mentor junior associates within the team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with AmLaw 100 firm preferred.
• Strong analytical, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD)

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
