A law firm seeks a dynamic and experienced trial attorney to join its Miami, Florida office. Duties

• Represent clients in a range of litigation matters, including trials, hearings, and mediations.
• Develop and execute case strategies, including conducting thorough legal research and case analysis.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Manage case files, ensuring timely progression and compliance with deadlines.
• Engage in discovery, including depositions, interrogatories, and document production.
• Collaborate with clients, witnesses, and experts to build a compelling case.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in alternative dispute resolution forums.

Requirements

• Admission to the Florida Bar and in good standing.
• Significant experience as a trial attorney, including courtroom appearances and managing litigation cases.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• A proactive and client-focused approach to case management.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
