A law firm in Chicago is actively seeking an Attorney with 0-10 years of experience in banking law. The ideal candidate should possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and maintain an active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license in good standing.

Duties:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in banking law matters.
• Draft and review legal documents related to banking transactions and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct due diligence and legal research on banking regulations and industry trends.
• Counsel clients on compliance with federal and state banking laws.

Requirements:
