Our Sacramento office is currently seeking an associate attorney for our facilities and business practice. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, a strong interest in providing all aspects of support to school districts in the areas of business, construction, development, and real property. Prior transactional experience or experience representing school districts and/or public agencies is a plus. Additionally, ideal candidates are bright, motivated, innovative individuals who thrive in a team-oriented environment. All candidates must have excellent academic credentials, strong research, writing, and analysis skills, a sense of humor, and a commitment to teamwork.
