The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience in lender-side representation for commercial finance matters, with a preference for those who have represented banks or private credit funds in loans to technology, life sciences, or middle market companies. Admission to practice in the jurisdiction of application is required.

Duties

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
• Draft well-reasoned legal documents, including briefs and contracts.
• Manage complex cases from inception to resolution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative strategies.
• Participate in high-level legal activities such as trials and negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of relevant experience.
• Experience with AmLaw 100 firm preferred.
• Admitted to practice in the state of application.

Education

• JD degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice in the state in which they are officing.
