Duties

• Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues.
• Draft memorandums, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Market legal services to prospective clients.
• Perform discovery and due diligence for litigation and legal matters.
• Communicate and advise clients effectively.
• Manage consultations and achieve production objectives.
• Ensure timely approval of invoices and update client information accurately.
• Engage in personal and firm brand expansion activities.
• Bill an average of 1500 hours annually with collections on 1400 hours.

Requirements

• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
• Strong legal research skills.
• 3+ years of experience as an attorney.
• Must reside in or around Reno, NV.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission or eligibility for reciprocal admission to the state bar.

Skills

• Mediation experience is highly preferred.
• Trial experience is preferred but not required.
