Requirements:

• Proven track record of successful litigation in commercial and estate/trust law

• Strong client management skills

• Demonstrated ability to bring and maintain a sustainable book of business

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Effective communication and negotiation skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Active license to practice law in the applicable state
