\u003cli\u003eOverall responsibility for employee data being synched from the Firm\u0026rsquo;s HR system (UKG) and stored in an on-premise SQL instance (PeopleMart)\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAdministration and support of employee data as well as the integration of data supporting the IAM life cycle, platform (Omada) and the Firm\u0026rsquo;s Enterprise Applications\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003ePerform development, testing, implementation, and support activities as it relates to the administration and integration of employee data with the IAM life cycle solution (Omada) and the\u0026nbsp; \u0026nbsp; Firm\u0026rsquo;s Enterprise Applications.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003ePartner with the Enterprise Engineering team on integrating and supporting employee data with the Firm\u0026rsquo;s IAM platform (Omada).\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eKeep current on emerging and mature industry trends to ensure best-in-class solution approaches\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eIdentify opportunities to support solution modernization and efficiencies\u0026nbsp;\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAct as a point of escalations for IAM and employee data related issues and concerns.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eDevelop and maintain user guides, walkthroughs and operational training for supported integrations and processes.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eCollaborate with Firm leadership on IAM initiatives.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003ePerform other duties and/or projects as assigned.\u003c/li\u003e

\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eTECHNICAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c/p\u003e

\u003cli\u003eAdvanced understanding of modern Identity Access and Management (IAM) concepts and best practices.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eProven experience with administrating, supporting, developing and integrating against large data sets in a SQL database environment (Employee Data (UKG, Ceridian) is a plus).\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAdvanced understanding and demonstrated experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, using stored procedures, views, data integration, data transformation, etc.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003ePractical experience and understanding of the technical aspects of core IAM components: identity management, identity data management, access governance, privileged access \u0026nbsp; management, data governance and protection.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003ePrevious IAM program implementation and support experience (Omada is a plus)\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eHigh level of attention to detail and accuracy.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eFamiliar with all tiers of system architecture; presentation, application, data, and others\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eStrong communication ability across various departments, both verbal and written\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure\u003c/li\u003e
