Litigation Paralegal

Responsibilities: Draft deposition notices, discovery requests and responses, standard complaints. Communicate with clients to draft discovery responses and standard objections, collect and confirm medical treatment. Schedule depositions, trial preparation, court reporters, internal meetings, meetings w/ treating physicians/fact witnesses & counsel if applicable. Manage litigation calendars for attorneys.
