Duties

• Draft and argue motions, and handle depositions, mediations, and trial proceedings.
• Serve as the client's voice in court with confidence and clarity.
• Collaborate with paralegals and litigation support staff to prepare cases for success.

Requirements

• Active membership in the South Carolina Bar, in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of personal injury trial experience, specifically in medical malpractice cases.
• Strong negotiation, oral advocacy, and courtroom presence.
• Commitment to client service and teamwork.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active South Carolina Bar license.
