Requirements

• Understanding of Illinois Bankruptcy Law and related legal frameworks.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing Bankruptcy Attorney.
• Strong caseload management and legal research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
