Location:

Duties:

• Represent corporate policyholders in insurance coverage disputes.

• Handle litigation and negotiation with insurance carriers.

• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare legal memoranda.

• Develop and execute litigation strategies for insurance recovery cases.

• Provide counsel and advisory services regarding insurance policies and risk management.

• Collaborate with legal teams and clients to ensure effective case management.

Requirements:

• 7-12 years of experience representing corporate policyholders in insurance recovery disputes.

• Strong litigation experience, including drafting motions, discovery, and trial preparation.

• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a large, collaborative legal team.

• Highly motivated with a proactive approach to case strategy and client representation.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active California Bar membership in good standing.
