• Prepare accurate nonimmigrant and immigrant visa filings for a high-volume caseload.

• Manage corporate client accounts, including compliance reporting and training sessions.
• Deliver timely, clear responses to client inquiries.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited institution and active bar license in any U.S. state.
• 2+ years of legal experience; business immigration experience preferred.
• Experience with NIV and IV petitions, including PERM.
• Commitment to excellence in legal work and client service.
• Collaborative spirit and dedication to the immigration community.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.

Certifications

• Active bar license in any U.S. state.
