Location:

Duties:

• Handle a variety of real estate legal matters, with a primary focus on leasing.

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial lease agreements.

• Provide strategic legal counsel to clients in retail and other commercial leasing matters.

• Work independently to manage workload and meet deadlines.

• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to support business goals.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of real estate law experience, with extensive leasing exposure.

• Retail leasing experience is preferred.

• Must be licensed in home jurisdiction or eligible for admission without examination.

• Proven ability to work independently and efficiently.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

• Eligibility for admission without examination, where applicable.

Skills:

• Strong legal drafting and negotiation skills.
