Duties

• Develop and implement business strategies to expand client base.

Requirements

• LL.B or higher from a first-tier university; J.D. preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of legal practice experience.
• Experience with banking, international business, or securities listing.
• Proven track record with stable, long-term clients.
• Previous role as a partner or senior executive in a large law firm.
• Annual business volume of at least RMB 1.5 million over the past three years.
• Strong team management and communication skills.

Education

• LL.B or higher; J.D. preferred.
