Duties

• Assist in building and proving damage models.
• Formulate case strategies with legal intelligence.
• Engage in client intake, advice, and discovery processes.
• Prepare interrogatories and participate in depositions.
• Support motion practice, arbitrations, and trial preparations.
• Utilize cutting-edge technologies in legal practice.

Requirements

• Third-year law students or law school graduates.
• Strong academic background and character.
• Desire to learn litigation from certified civil trial attorneys.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Second language skills, such as Spanish, are a plus.

• Juris Doctor degree or equivalent.
