Location:

• Pasadena, California

Duties:

• Conduct pre-litigation intake and evaluate potential claims

• Communicate with clients regularly via phone, video, and in person

• Draft pleadings and substantive law and motion documents

• Propound and respond to written discovery

• Take and defend depositions

• Assist with trial preparation and participate in trial proceedings

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in labor and employment law

• Fluent in Spanish (required)

• Willingness to relocate to Pasadena, CA, if not currently local

• Strong communication and client interaction skills

• Proficiency with legal documentation and case preparation

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in California (required)

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical abilities

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• Comfort using legal technology and case management tools
