Duties

• Review and resolve routine bankruptcy matters.

• Attend bankruptcy hearings (virtual or in-person, depending on location).

• Respond to general bankruptcy inquiries from clients, opposing counsel, and the court.

• Monitor electronic filings (ECFs) in bankruptcy cases.

• Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

Requirements

• License to practice law in Pennsylvania.

• Knowledge of bankruptcy rules and creditor rights laws is preferred, but not required.

• Strong communication and time management skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

• Attention to detail and professional demeanor.

• Proficiency in computer literacy and keyboard skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

• Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.

Certifications

• Admitted to Bankruptcy Courts in Pennsylvania (preferred, but not required).
