Duties

• Assist with creating and implementing wealth preservation strategies, business succession planning, and family-office planning.
• Draft estate planning documents, including wills, revocable trusts, and irrevocable trusts.
• Manage probate, trust, and estate administration.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in income, estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning for high-net-worth individuals.
• Strong academic credentials with a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school.
• Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.

Education

• J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications

• CPA license or LL.M. in Tax strongly preferred.
