IP Law Research Fellow
The candidate will be supporting the Director of the Asia IP Project by researching and writing articles and papers on IP law developments in Asia; Working with the Director of the Asia IP Project, firm faculty and staff to organize workshops, conferences, and other events on IP law issues; Working with the Director of the Asia IP Project to expand firm’s relationships with universities, law firms, corporations, non-profit organizations, and academics; throughout Asia; Assisting the Director of the Asia IP Project in research, writing and course preparation. Must have JD or LLM degree from a US law school. Admission to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction is necessary. Familiarity with IP law developments in China and/or Asia is preferred. Fluency in written and spoken Chinese is desired. At least 1 year experience as a lawyer is must. Excellent research, analytic and writing skills are required.
