A law firm seeks a highly motivated Associate Attorney for its Cary, NC office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation and a passion for working in a collaborative environment. Duties

• Provide legal services in residential and commercial landlord-tenant matters.
• Engage directly with clients to address their legal needs.
• Handle cases from inception to resolution, including research, motion and brief writing, and courtroom appearances.
• Manage a high volume of cases with precision and organization.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels.
• Travel within the state as required; reliable transportation is essential.

Requirements

• Approximately 1-3 years of experience as a civil litigation attorney.
• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina; dual licensure in VA preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
