Duties:

• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery

• Represent clients at hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials

• Conduct legal research and stay current on family law precedents

• Engage directly with clients to provide legal counsel and case updates

• Collaborate with colleagues on strategy, evidence preparation, and case development

• Utilize legal research platforms and case management tools effectively

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in the state of Florida

• Demonstrated interest in family law practice

• Availability for full-time, in-office work in Boca Raton, FL

• Familiarity with Westlaw or similar legal research platforms

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
