This role offers the opportunity to represent clients in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division.

Location:

Duties:

• Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreements
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in family law
• Attend court hearings and trials, presenting cases effectively
• Provide legal advice and support to clients throughout the legal process
• Collaborate with paralegals and other legal staff to ensure efficient case management

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in family law litigation
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
• Commitment to providing high-quality legal representation to clients
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• State bar admission and in good standing

Skills:

• Strong family law litigation experience
• Effective oral and written communication skills
