Duties

• Represent clients in immigration court proceedings and USCIS interviews.
• Conduct legal research and draft briefs, motions, and memoranda.
• Prepare clients for trials, hearings, and interviews.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and case managers.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in any state in the United States.
• Ability to relocate to Memphis, TN with employer-provided relocation package.

Education

• Graduate of an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar license (required).
