Patent Attorney

The candidate must have 5-10 years of Patent Law experience. Should preferably have a technical background in any of our practice areas: physics, mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, aerospace engineering, computer science, and/or electrical engineering. Must also have strong academic records, and 2+ years of significant experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications. Should preferably also have a post-graduate degree and experience with complex Patent Office proceedings, client counseling with opinion drafting, and/or other related patent practice experience.
