Duties:

• Collaborate with partners, clients, and experts to develop case strategies and legal arguments.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
• Provide legal counsel and advice to clients on intellectual property issues.
• Manage and organize case files, ensuring compliance with deadlines and court requirements.

Requirements:

• 1-6 years of relevant experience in intellectual property litigation.
• Law firm experience preferred.
• Technical degree in biology, chemistry, physical sciences, engineering, or a related field.
• Admitted to practice law and in good standing in California.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Technical degree in biology, chemistry, physical sciences, engineering, or related fields preferred.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar of California.
