Duties:

• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents such as briefs, opinions, and memoranda.
• Provide expert opinions on liability, damages, and case value as required by the Claims Department.
• Handle pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal processes, including depositions, examinations before trial, and examinations under oath.
• Ensure compliance with the firm's Code of Conduct and operating principles.
• Maintain a high standard of attendance and interact effectively with colleagues and clients.

Requirements:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Georgia.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury law.
• Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and with individuals at all levels of the firm.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and professional.
• Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality client service.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Georgia State Bar License (Required).
