The candidate should have a high level of academic achievement and superb writing and communication skills. Should preferably have an advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in molecular biology or genetics, biochemistry, microbiology, virology or immunology. Prior law firm or industry experience and current Patent Bar membership is preferred. Candidate with strong scientific backgrounds who have not passed the Patent Bar exam will be considered.
