Carlton Fields is seeking to fill a lateral associate position for our Financial Services Regulatory (FSR) practice group in Miami. The FSR practice group in Miami focuses on helping clients bring new and innovative insurance products to market. Preferred candidates would have at least several years of substantive experience in state insurance regulation. Candidates with substantive experience in the federal securities laws, FINRA regulation, federal tax laws, or ERISA regulation would also be considered. Undergraduate major or coursework in accounting, economics, finance, computer sciences, or STEM disciplines is preferred. Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited U.S. law school.
